TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Terms are Net 30 Days from date of shipment. We
offer free shipping on our truck, when in your
area. At your request, we will ship on a commercial
carrier.
Minimum
order size is 5 gallons. Some items are offered in
smaller quantities. There is a $10.00 per gallon
package charge for one-gallon containers. The items
offered in this book are stock items. If your
product is not listed, then it is a custom item.
All overages will be shipped on custom items.
DISCOUNTS -- If your Account is within terms:
l Orders of 15 gallons
or more will be discounted $4.00 per gallon from 5
gallon price on custom items.
l Orders of 165
gallons or more will be shipped freight pre-paid.
(Does not include thinners or solvents).
LATE PAYMENT
If your account is overdue, a 1.5% per month finance
charge will be added to your account.
RETURNING MATERIAL
All returns must have pre approval from our office.
A 20% restocking fee may be charged on returns.
EMPTY DRUM POLICY
Current environmental laws govern how empty drums
are handled. When you receive a drum of Jellico
material, you get the drum as part of the product;
it is your drum. Jellico will pick up the empty
drums as a customer service.
Drums picked up by Jellico employees must
meet three major physical criteria; they must be:
EMPTY
-- less than 1” residue (no liquid)
CLOSED
-- All bungs must be tightly installed
The label must be legibly in
place
After a drum has been emptied, remove ground clamp,
install bungs tightly, and transport to outside
storage area. Position drum on its side, bungs
forward. This is a signal to our employees that the
drum is empty. When we pick up drums, you will be
asked to sign a Bill of Lading (BOL) attesting to
the criteria listed above. This certification is
both your and Jellico’s principle guarantees of
compliance with RCRA and CERCLA. In cases where
drums are offered and they do not meet all the
criteria, they will be refused. At this point, your
Company is responsible to properly dispose of the
drum.
